What's Included
Category Management
- Add Category - This feature enables the administrator to add categories which sub categories and product will be displayed in. All so in this section the admin is able to create sub categories.
- View Category - This feature allows the admin to view all categories which have been created. When viewing categories you can also manage and add sub categories as needed.
Subcategory Management
- View Subcategory - This feature allows the admin to view all sub categories which have been created and setup in the Add Category section.
Attribute Management
- Add Attribute – This feature allows the admin to create drop down menus and text boxes for each of there products, also this feature allows the admin to add ore information of there customers.
- View Attribute – This feature allows the admin to view the Attributes which have already been created and also edit the information which is used for each Attribute.
Product Management
- Add Product - This area is where the admin can add there products to the website
- View Product - View all products which have been added to the website
- Product Search - Search for products by entering the product name or description
- Upload CSV - This feature allows the admin to upload a Microsoft Excel CSV file, this will enable the admin to add all there products from a excel CSV file.
- Upload Products Images - This feature allows the user can upload 10 images at one time to the website and places the image next to the relevant product.
User Management
- Add User - Manually add users to the database for sending newsletters and also contacting.
- View User - View details of members that have registered on the website.
- User Search - Search for a users name, email address or name.
Country/Shipping
- Country/Shipping - Add countries which products are able to be shipped to and also set shipping prices.
- Global Shipping - Global Shipping allows the admin to set an amount per %, £ or per Kg
- Country Search - Search for a country which is required to be edited or removed from the system.
Order Management
- Search Orders - Search for an order which may have been place on a set date or by order number or even by customer name.
- Today's Orders - View all orders which have been placed on the day of viewing.
- Current Month Orders - View order which have been placed on the current month, also this section allows the user to download the orders of the month in a ‘Microsoft Excel’ CSV file.
- View all Orders - View all order which have been placed through the website, also this section allows the user to download the orders of the month in a ‘Microsoft Excel’ CSV file.
Admin Tools
- Admin Home - Clicking this links take the admin to the opening screen where the total products, total categories and total users are displayed.
- Newsletter - This feature allows the admin to send a newsletter to each registered user of the website. The admin is able to add text, pictures, tables, flash, different font colours and sizes, background colours and any more features.
- Site Settings – This section allows the admin to setup different settings of the site:
- Categories Across – Set the number of Categories to be shown per row in "Category Page".
- Product Across - Set the number of products to be shown per row in "Product Listing".
- Products Image Width - This will set the product image width in product detail page.
- Products list page display - This will set the product list page display. (Across the page or Down the page)
- Records per page - Select how many records you want to show per page.
- Add Column Headings - Set 'Yes' if you want to show title in CSV file.
- Enable Order Status - Select 'Yes' if you want to Enable Order status.
- Enable Guest Feature - Select 'Yes' if you want to all Guest visitor to shop from your store, or select 'No' for restricting shopping for registered members only.
- Admin email address - This email address will be use in "From" listing for all outgoing mail through this shopping cart system. Also, administrator notification will come to this address.
- Default product image - This image will be used as Default images for product, if you do not upload an image.
- Change Password - This feature will allow the admin to change the password which they use to login.
- Logoff - This feature allows the admin to log out of the admin area safely.
Super Admin
- CMS Management - This section will allow the admin to change page content, add new pages, add a customer navigation, setup payment gateway – See section CMS Management.
- Payment Gateway - This will allow the admin to setup either Protx or PayPal as the payment provider.
CMS Management
- CMS – This feature enables the admin to change the look and fell of the website by change text, font sizes and fonts, colours and many more tools.
- Add Page – This feature allows the user to add as many pages as they wish to the website.
Site Settings
- Edit Header - This feature controls the top area of the website, the admin is able to add images and different colours of text and table backgrounds.
- Edit Footer - This feature controls the bottom area of the website, the admin is able to add images and different colours of text and table backgrounds.
- Generate Meta Tags – From this area of the admin area Meta Tags are able to be added to every page of the website, here the admin can add the Title of the website, Keywords and Description.
- Site Settings - This section allows the admin to setup different settings of the site:

- Add Links - This feature will allow the admin to add links/pages to the standard navigation menu.
- Edit/Delete Links - This feature allows the admin to edit and remove links from the standard navigation menu.
- Custom Menu - This feature allows the admin to enter HTML and create a custom navigation.
- Edit Menu CSS - This feature enables the admin to change colour schemes and fonts for the navigation with in one click of a button.
Form Management
- Add New Form - Here the admin can create online forms which will enable uses of the site to send required information to the admin.
- View Existing Form - This section of ‘Form Management’ enables the admin to view any forms which have been created and edit them as well.
Gateway Settings
- Payment Gateway - This will allow the admin to setup either Protx or PayPal as the payment provider.
Super Admin Tools
- Home – This link takes the admin to the first page of the admin section.
- Admin User – This feature allows the main admin user create other admin user details with either Super Admin permissions or Manager permissions.
- Change Password - This feature will allow the admin to change the password which they use to login.
- Logoff - This feature allows the admin to log out of the admin area safely.
Standard Admin
- Manager Section – This links returns the admin to the Manager section of the admin area where they can add/edit/delete products and access all of the above features
